I always stay at this hotel in Montsoreau. The staff helped me find my lost earring on my first stay. It has everything I need, from Wi-Fi to a spa, laundry service and amenities for my dog. I'm excited to come back for Easter!

Very comfortable room, relaxing and welcoming ambiance, breakfast was worth getting up for! Excellent recommendations for local evening food - several in walking distance. Good location for walking (the village is lovely see: agbr.smugmug.com/Travel/France) and driving to the regions' sites. BUT make sure your sat nav is up to date: locating the hotel is no problem but several of the region's roads have changed.

Exemplary service. Nothing too much trouble in this delightful design hotel. From the moment we were picked up from the station by the owner (because there were no taxis) to the moment we left, we felt special. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed and extemely comfortable. We had a prestige room which was really a suite of 4 rooms including the separate toilet. However all the standard rooms are spacious especially for a french hotel.
There was nothing we did not like about this hotel as it was a delightful experience.

We stumbled upon a charming hotel in a picturesque town for a perfect weekend getaway. The hotel staff's restaurant recommendations were spot on, and we enjoyed exceptional meals at great prices. The Sunday brunch with French sweet treats was heavenly. The rooms were charming, and we had a lovely view of the garden. We also visited the nearby chateau with stunning rooftop views. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience.

It was staffed by charming and helpful staff.Beautiful location overlooking the river Loire.Nicely furnished.
Pity about the lack of a restaurant. The light in the bathroom was movement activated and didn't allow sufficient time before it went out.

Loved exploring the Loire Valley's famous chateaux and tasting the delicious wines. The electric biking tours were a unique way to see the sights and get some fresh air.
Oh, and the bed in my suite was soooo comfortable, it made it really difficult to get up in the morning. Ugh, such a struggle.

This hotel is located right on the river, making for a picturesque view while enjoying a meal in the garden. the rooms are charming and comfortable with antique-style furnishings, some with balconies and garden views. the breakfast is outstanding with plenty of options, and the service is friendly and attentive. Guests can enjoy facilities like free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the rooms.
The cost of the Sunday brunch is a bit pricey compared to other nearby bistros.

We stayed at La Marine De Loire Hotel & Spa for a weekend getaway and it was fantastic. The SPA facilities were top-notch, with a sauna, hammam, indoor pool with jacuzzi, and even an outdoor pool. The room was simple yet cozy, with unique wooden decorations and a lovely view of the river across the street. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the breakfast had a great variety of choices. The hotel's french-country style and beautiful location on the edge of the Loire added to the warm and welcoming ambiance.

We loved our romantic escape in this charming boutique hotel. the quaint marine-style decor and the cozy atmosphere made for a dreamy stay. the pool and steam room were especially relaxing, and we enjoyed the fine dining restaurant nearby and the market on Sundays.
The lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably humid at times. the accommodation was not quite as spacious as we were expecting, and the sofa beds were not the most comfortable.

Great location right by the river and close to restaurants. The hotel's decor is stylish and tasteful, with attention to details like driftwood and bleached linen. Our brunch was enjoyable, helped by the sunny room where it was served and the friendly service.
There was some variability in service quality, with one staff member not making us feel particularly welcome. the room was a bit small and cramped, which made it difficult to relax.
